The Experience
Step 1 — Apply
Complete the short application form through Facebook, Instagram, or our website to be considered for one of our limited Royal Birthday Experiences.
Step 2 — Reservation
If selected, our team will contact you with full experience details and available session dates.
A non-refundable $150 Royal Reservation Retainer secures your booking and is fully applied toward your artwork purchase during your design appointment.
Step 3 — Your Royal Experience
Enjoy your luxury portrait session, glam experience, sparkling toast, fully guided posing, and cinematic same-day image reveal.
Step 4 — Select Your Artwork
Choose your favourite portraits and artwork collections during your design appointment.
Exclusive birthday collection offerings and flexible payment options may be available for qualifying purchases.
Artwork Investment
The Royal Birthday Experience includes:
• A complimentary luxury portrait session (regularly valued at $850)
• A $150 Birthday Artwork Credit
For a total studio contribution of $1,000 toward your experience.
Artwork collections for this experience begin at $550.
After your $150 Birthday Artwork Credit and $150 Royal Reservation Retainer are applied, collections begin at an additional investment of $250.
Most Royal Birthday Experience guests invest between $1,500–$4,000 on their final artwork and portrait collections depending on what they fall in love with during their design appointment.
Flexible payment options may also be available for qualifying purchases, with plans starting around $50/month.

Absolutely. Many guests choose to celebrate with a partner, best friend, mother, daughter, or loved one. We limit things to 1 guest - unless otherwise approved in advance!

Your session will take approximately two hours at our studio. This includes a 30-minute photo session, time for image processing, an art education segment, and your image selection process.

Your luxury portrait session is complimentary as part of this special birthday experience. Artwork and portrait collections are purchased separately.

Most Royal Birthday Experience guests typically invest between $600–$4,000 on their final artwork and portrait collections, depending on the sizes, finishes, and pieces they choose during their design appointment — though we proudly offer options both above and below that range to suit a variety of visions and homes.
