Cancellation policy.
We are a highly sought-after, luxury portrait studio, and we carefully limit the number of appointments we accept to ensure each client receives the utmost attention and the highest quality art pieces we are known for worldwide.
To provide this exclusive experience, we dedicate our studio and staff—many of whom may travel from out of town—for two hours for each session. To secure your appointment, we require a fully refundable $250 booking deposit as a commitment to your scheduled session. This deposit will be refunded in full on the day of your session, provided you attend your appointment as scheduled.
If you need to reschedule, please note the following policies:
Rescheduling with less than two weeks' notice will result in the loss of the booking deposit.
Rescheduling with more than two weeks' notice allows the deposit to be applied to your new appointment, and it will be refunded on the day of that session.
Booking deposits for appointments that are permanently cancelled are non-refundable.
Booking deposits for missed or late appointments (later then the 10 minute grace period) are non-refundable. Please arrive on time.
