  • Bookings are final and non-refundable. We understand life happens — rescheduling is permitted with at least 14 days notice. Rescheduled sessions must take place within Nov. 2025 - Jan 2026; otherwise, your booking investment will be forfeited.

  • Each photoshoot session is approximately ~15 - 25 minutes, with time built in afterward for a live proofing experience so you can choose your images right away. Proofing can take anywhere from 20- 40 minutes. Allot 1.5 - 2 hours total tiem at our studio.

  • Absolutely! We love multigenerational moments. Just keep in mind these are petite sessions — so we recommend no more than 6 - 8 people or 2 pets per booking. If you have a larger group, reach out and we’ll guide you to a custom option. You may consider booking our full gold carpet experience to have more time.

  • Unfortunately, no — we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you're ready to begin on time.
    These are petite sessions booked back-to-back, so timeliness is essential.
    Guests arriving more than 5 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and their payment will be forfeited. No exceptions.
    Please plan ahead and give yourself a buffer — we want you to get the most out of your experience!

  • Yes! Some families book separate sessions for pets, cousins, or special gifts. Each booking includes its own time slot and digital selections.

  • We understand things come up! Petite Portrait Sessions can reschedule with at least 2 week’s notice, as we schedule our team 2 weeks in advance to prepare accordingly. Sessions must still be completed in Nov - Jan to qualify for this promotion, otherwise the investment will be forfeited.

  • Yes! You’ll have the chance to upgrade your tier or purchase additional digitals/artwork after your session during your reveal.

  • No — your booking includes digital portraits based on your paid holiday package. If something captures your heart, we offer optional custom wall art packages, and purchases come with a special pricing this holiday season!

  • Your watermarked proofs will be delivered within 5 - 10 business days after your session, and the retouched digital portraits will be delivered via email after your session. Turnaround is typically 3-4 weeks for the included digitals; any purchased additional packages and artwork may fall into our standard timeline of 8- 12 weeks.
