The Booking Process
To secure your session, we require a fully refundable $250 booking deposit. This ensures your date is reserved and allows us to prepare a truly personalized experience. Your deposit will be applied toward any artwork you choose—or refunded if you decide not to purchase.
The Gold-Carpet Experience
Your portrait session takes place in our pet-friendly Toronto studio, where every detail has been designed with comfort and connection in mind. You’ll enjoy:
A warm welcome in a beautiful, thoughtfully designed space
Private dressing rooms for getting ready
A 30-minute portrait session with expert posing, lighting, and guidance
Light snacks and refreshments for you, and treats on hand for your pet
A same-day cinematic viewing and ordering appointment to select your favorite portraits
The Artwork
As part of your experience, you’ll receive a $1,000 credit to use toward your custom artwork. Our heirloom portraits come in a range of sizes, finishes, and display options, with artwork investments beginning at $1,000.
You’re welcome to use your credit toward a beautiful piece within that range — or take the opportunity to invest in larger or additional pieces to create a collection that truly reflects your story. Explore our collections for more.
Each portrait is crafted with museum-quality materials — meant not just to be seen, but to be cherished and passed down through generations.

We recommend formal attire in dark, solid colors like black, navy, or jewel tones. These timeless tones photograph beautifully and keep the focus on connection and expression. Avoid white, bright colors, or busy patterns, as they can distract from the overall aesthetic.
For your pet, keep things simple and classic — a clean collar, subtle accessory, or even a bowtie can add a personal touch without overwhelming the image. Just be sure it’s something your pet is comfortable wearing.
