Our signature Motif portrait experience and handcrafted museum-grade artwork collections typically begin around $850+, however these petite sessions were created as a beautiful and approachable way for families to experience the Motif studio while focusing primarily on digital portraits.
That said — we are widely known for our handcrafted fine art portrait artwork and luxury statement pieces, which you are always welcome to explore as well

Yes — absolutely.
While our mini sessions are designed primarily around digital portraits, Motif Fine Portraits is widely known for our handcrafted museum-grade fine art artwork and luxury wall portrait pieces.
Smaller photo prints are available directly through your gallery, however we also offer fully customized hand-made, hand-painted, and museum-grade statement artwork through the studio. (it’s what we’re famous for).
Our signature handcrafted artwork collections typically begin around $1000+ and include:
Luxury framed wall portraits
Hand-finished fine art pieces
Museum-grade display artwork
Multi-piece gallery walls
Signature painted portrait finishes

Because each Motif Mini Experience reserves dedicated studio time with our team, the $99+tx fee is non-refundable for missed appointments.
We understand that life happens, and whenever possible we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests with advance notice.
However, cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute reschedules (less thank 2 weeks notice) results in the session cost applied to the lost studio time.

About 20 -25 minutes, as we do ask guests to come 10/15 minutes early!
As this is a Mini session, we ask guests to come camera ready as it’s lights, camera & action right away!! This includes a 20-minute photo session, so please don’t be late! -
Absolutely. We can accommodate up to 8 people for a mini session! If your party size is large it must be approved in advance.

• Mini sessions are designed as shorter portrait experiences focused primarily on digital portrait collections.
• Proofing galleries are provided for image selection purposes and may contain watermarked preview images.
• General professional retouching is included on purchased and selected final images. Additional retouching requests may be subject to additional fees.
• Motif Fine Portraits is widely known for handcrafted museum-grade fine art portrait artwork and luxury statement pieces, which may also be explored separately through the studio.
• Flexible payment options may be available for qualifying artwork purchases.
• Rescheduling requests should be made with as much notice as possible. Repeated rescheduling, cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
• Motif Fine Portraits reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Due to the custom nature of portrait artwork and digital products, all purchased images, artwork, and portrait collections are final sale once approved or delivered.
• Motif Fine Portraits reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation in cases involving abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour toward staff or the studio.
