When you're selected for our portrait experience, here’s what you can expect:

The Booking Process

To secure your session, we require a fully refundable $250 booking deposit. This ensures your date is reserved and allows us to prepare a truly personalized experience. Your deposit will be applied toward any artwork you choose—or refunded if you decide not to purchase.

The Gold-Carpet Experience

Your portrait session takes place in our luxurious Toronto studio, where every detail is designed with care. You’ll enjoy:

  • Private dressing rooms for getting ready

  • A 30 minute portrait session with expert posing and lighting

  • Light snacks and refreshments for you and your family

  • A same-day cinematic viewing and ordering appointment where you'll select your favorite portraits

The Artwork

As part of your experience, you’ll receive a $1,000 credit to use toward your custom artwork. Our heirloom portraits come in a range of sizes, finishes, and display options, with artwork investments beginning at $1,000.

You’re welcome to use your credit toward a beautiful piece within that range — or take the opportunity to invest in larger or additional pieces to create a collection that truly reflects your story. Explore our collections for more.

  • We collect a refundable $250 booking deposit to reserve your session. This deposit secures two hours of dedicated studio time and ensures our team is ready for your family. The deposit will be fully refunded as long as you:

    1. Arrive on time (within a 10-minute grace period).

    2. Provide at least two weeks' notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your party size.

    We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we’re always happy to work with you in special situations.

  • Our studio is located in Toronto at 26 Densley Ave Unit 2, North York, ON M6M 2R1

  • There’s no obligation to purchase beyond your booking deposit. You’ll receive a $1000 artwork credit, which covers a beautifully finished 8x10 heirloom portrait. During your viewing session, you’ll have the option to invest in larger or additional pieces if you’d like.

  • Yes! We welcome multigenerational families and pets. Just let us know who you’d like to include so we can tailor the experience to your vision.

  • Your session will take approximately two hours at our studio. This includes a 30-minute photo session, time for image processing, an art education segment, and your image selection process.
