    Celebrate autumn with a beautifully styled seasonal portrait experience, exclusively priced for our Ever Legacy members. Perfect for children, families, and pets, whether you're celebrating Halloween in costume or simply embracing the warmth of the festive and colourful sweater season.

    Your Experience — $89 + HST

    Your prepaid portrait experience includes:

    • One reserved 15–20-minute mini portrait session.

    • One beautifully styled indoor autumn harvest setting.

    • Three lightly edited digital portraits.

    • Portrait selection during your studio visit.

    • Digital delivery within ~24 hours.

    Session Fee: $89 + HST ($100.57 total), payable in full at the time of booking through the reservation portal below to secure your appointment.

    Optional Halloween Makeup: $25 + HST per person, subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended.

  • Preferred Event Pricing: Additional Seasonal Digital Collection Ad-ons

    • 3 additional digital portraits $100

    • 5 additional digital portraits $175

    • 10 additional digital portraits $250

    • Full seasonal digital collection $450

    Package notes:
    Additional prices exclude HST. All portraits receive light colour and exposure adjustments. Detailed retouching is not included.

    The full seasonal collection includes all usable, photographer-selected images from your session, rather than every image captured.

    These digital packages are exclusive to this seasonal event. Fine art artwork and fully retouched portrait collections remain available at regular Ever Legacy member pricing.

    There is no obligation to purchase anything beyond your prepaid experience.

  • Reservation & Cancellation Terms

    Reservations: Your Fall Harvest Portrait Experience is $89 + HST, payable in full at the time of booking. This prepaid experience fee secures your reserved appointment and includes your portrait session and three lightly edited digital portraits.

    Cancellations & Rescheduling: Due to the limited availability and exclusive nature of this seasonal event, all reservations are final and non-refundable, subject to any rights provided by law.

    Should you be unable to attend, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. While cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits, we will gladly make a reasonable effort to accommodate a one-time rescheduling within the October 29–31 event dates, subject to availability.

    Please note: Rescheduling is not guaranteed. If an alternative appointment cannot be accommodated, your original reservation and prepaid experience fee will be forfeited. Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are not eligible for courtesy rescheduling.

    Studio-Initiated Changes: In the unlikely event that Motif Fine Portraits must cancel your appointment, we will work with you to arrange an alternative appointment or provide a remedy if we are unable to deliver your purchased experience.

    Preparing for Your Visit:

    Please arrive on time (we recommend 10 minutes early) and dressed for your portraits. We recommend having children and pets ready before entering the studio.

    If you've reserved Halloween makeup, please arrive at your designated makeup appointment time before your portrait session.

    Your experience includes one seasonal setting. Additional outfit changes or extended photography time cannot be guaranteed.

General FAQ about Ever Legacy Events

  • Each photoshoot session is approximately ~15 - 25 minutes, with time built in afterward for a live proofing experience so you can choose your images right away. Proofing can take anywhere from 20- 40 minutes. Allot 1.5 - 2 hours total time at our studio.

  • Absolutely! We love multigenerational moments. Just keep in mind these are petite sessions — so we recommend no more than 6 - 8 people or 2 pets per booking. It is important that everyone arrives on time ready for the camera! If you have a larger group, reach out and we’ll guide you to a custom option. You may consider booking our full gold carpet experience to have more time.

    NOTES ON PETS:
    Pets are absolutely welcome- please ensure you have called in advance and are clear on all pet protocols and safety terms in advance. These are noted right on the booking portal.

  • Unfortunately, no — we kindly ask that you arrive 10- 15 minutes early to ensure you're ready to begin on time.
    These are petite sessions booked back-to-back, so timeliness is essential.
    Guests arriving more than 5 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and their payment will be forfeited. No exceptions.
    Please plan ahead and give yourself a buffer — we want you to get the most out of your experience!

  • Yes! Some families book separate sessions for pets, cousins, or special gifts. Each booking includes its own time slot and digital selections.

  • Due to the limited availability and exclusive nature of the seasonal events, all reservations are final and non-refundable, subject to any rights provided by law.

  • Yes! You’ll have the chance to upgrade your tier or purchase additional digitals/artwork after your session during your reveal.

  • No — your booking includes digital portraits based on your pre-paid event package. If something captures your heart, we offer optional custom wall art packages, and purchases come with a special event pricing and ongoing membership pricing!

  • Your delivery terms are based on the event terms, please read the event specifications. Digital artifacts are sent by secure links. Any ordered art is couriered to your home in our standard 8-12 week turnaround time.

  • We invite our Ever Legacy Members to embrace the spirit of the event or theme. While our signature style always honours luxury and timeless elegance, we absolutely welcome a whimsical or avant-garde approach. Ultimately, this is an opportunity for self-expression—the choice is entirely yours.
